Assistant Professor at Indiana State University. All my educational backgrounds are in Safety Engineering.

For research, the brief focus is on AI safety. In detail, I delve into four fundamental concepts in human beings and AI: conflict, trust, causality, and explainability.

I’m grateful to my PhD supervisor, Dr. Faisal Khan at Texas A&M University, and my postdoc supervisor, Dr. Simaan AbouRizk at the University of Alberta, who guided me in this area.

For industry experience, I worked at Lenovo before, with 7 years in the IT industry.

I am committed to the research and practice of “Safely Apply AI in Engineering”.
